Building the institutions people depend on.
M/S Neeta Mukesh Builders is a civil construction firm led by Mukesh Kumar Som. Over the past decade we have built police barracks, court buildings and hospital blocks for government departments and their executing agencies, and taken up private building contracts alongside. Each of these projects is a public building that people use every day, and we build it with that responsibility in mind.
Our approach is simple. We work to the agreed drawings and specifications, keep our own people on site, and stay accountable for every stage until the keys are handed over. That discipline is what our clients, and the supervising agencies we work with such as CPWD and UP Jal Nigam, rely on, and it is how we intend to keep growing, one well-built project at a time.

Engineers, supervisors and skilled workers from our own firm, not a chain of sub-contractors.
The people who start a project are the people who finish it. They know the drawings, the site and the engineer-in-charge, so decisions are made quickly and nothing is lost between hand-offs.
When a question comes up on site, there is always someone from Neeta Mukesh Builders who can answer it and take responsibility for it.

Our buildings are built for departments that inspect, measure and test their works. We plan for that from day one: materials are sourced to specification, samples are kept ready for testing, and each stage is offered for inspection before the next one begins.
Working to these standards every day means a private client gets the same discipline on their building too.

Earthwork, foundations, RCC frame, masonry, plaster, flooring and finishing are all managed by one team under one plan, so the sequence of work stays tight and the site never waits on a missing trade.
